Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, with buyers responsible for return shipping and any loss in value if the item isn’t returned in original condition. Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return or refund. We’ll gladly assist with cancellations or changes before production begins, with no additional fees if your order hasn’t entered setup. Once production has started, changes are no longer possible, and canceled orders at that stage will be charged in full.
Order Processing
At Seadragon Designs, all orders are made to order and begin production once the order is placed. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, with delivery expected within 10 business days from the order date. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If your order hasn’t arrived within this timeframe, please contact us—we’re happy to help ensure you receive exactly what you ordered.
Shipping Policy
At Seadragon Designs, we select the shipping service that will deliver your order within the quoted time frame, typically using the U.S. Postal Service with real-time tracking. Orders should arrive within 10 full business days from the date of purchase, with business days defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is handed off to the carrier, and any shipping damage should be reported directly to the shipping company upon delivery. Shipping prices may vary, and additional charges may apply for special packaging—feel free to contact us with any shipping questions.

Cancellations & Returns
We want you to love what you receive from Seadragon Designs. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition. Please note that personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund, as they are created specifically for you.
If you need to change or cancel your order, we’re happy to help—just reach out as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we’ll do our best to make the changes without additional fees. However, once your order reaches pre-production setup, change or cancellation fees may apply. If production has already started, we’re unable to stop or modify the order, but we can try to prevent shipment or redirect it; in this case, the full order cost will still apply.
Order Processing
At Seadragon Designs, each order is made with care, just for you. As a made-to-order business, we begin producing your items once your order is placed—this allows us to ensure quality, accuracy, and a unique touch with every piece.
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after the order is received. A business day is defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days.
Shipping Time:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect it to arrive within 10 business days from the date of order placement, depending on your location and carrier transit times.

If your order arrives with visible shipping damage, please report it directly to the shipping company at the time of delivery. If special packaging is required, additional shipping fees may apply. To estimate your delivery date, start counting from the next full business day after placing your order.
Example: If you place an order on Monday afternoon, Tuesday becomes day one. The following Monday would be day seven, and you can expect delivery by the end of the second Monday (day ten).
