Our Promise
If we mess up, that’s on us. We’ll remake it or refund you, no questions, no salt.  That covers a misprint, the wrong size or color when processed, or an item that arrives damaged. Email us a photo within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right, including the cost of return shipping.

Shipping
Ships in 3–5 business days, arrives in about 7–10.

• Stickers & Decals – Snail Mail Voyage: $1.50 per order, no tracking (shipping upgrade with tracking available upon request)

• Standard Shipping with tracking: USPS rates calculated at checkout, FREE on orders over $30

 

Business days are Monday–Friday, not counting holidays.

Free Local Pickup
Choose pickup at checkout at The Locals Market (Washington, GA) or Dockside Pickup (Rayle, GA). We’ll reach out to set a time once your order is ready.

Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel? Email us within 24 hours of ordering. After that, your order may already be in production.

Returns

• Ready-made items: Contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship the item back unused within 14 days. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

• Custom & personalized items are made just for you, so they can’t be returned unless we made a mistake (see Our Promise above).
