All sales are considered final one the order has shipped. If there is any issue with an item received, please contact me immediately and we’ll figure it out; I will do my best to make it right.

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Digital downloads
• Clearance Items

Shipping charges are calculated per the destination postal code through USPS.  

Please double check that your shipping address is correct on your order, the address that shows on your Etsy receipt is the address I will ship to. Shipping labels will be processed directly through Etsy's Shipping Label Service. Your item will ship to the address associated with your Etsy account. Please make sure that your address is correct at the time of checkout. If you notice a discrepancy in your address, please contact me as soon as possible.

I pack all items with care, however, in the event that they are damaged in transit, I will gladly work with you on a replacement. Just send me a picture as soon as you receive the damaged item as well as the packaging! If contact isn’t made within 2 days from delivery, I will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. This is because I will assume the damage is user misuse/inflicted damage and I will not take responsibility for damage caused by the buyer. You can still request a replacement for half of the product price plus shipping and handling. I do not offer refunds for lost or unwanted packages after shipping.
